Forculus, in partnership with Puerto Rico-based ad agency AdWorks, was tasked with the development of a comprehensive, cohesive, customer-centric marketing communications plan in support of the proposed roll out of J&J’s process-based “Back to Basics” business transformation project in Latin America (“Canvas”) which seeks to improve efficiency and compliance, while at the same time delivering a better customer experience.
